the United States. I want them to be able to figure out how the shortage of this natural resources affected the other two resources (human and capital). They need to discuss how jobs were
affected and what affect this had on the general public. I want them to brainstorm possible solutions to a problem like this and/or what could be done to prevent this in the future.
